One of the most powerful ways is to eat more local food. Even more good news -not only is eating local a more sustainable way to eat food, local food is also better for your health, and better for the local economy. Join the Local Food Challenge and commit to eating 1 (or 2 or 3 or more!) meals made from local ingredients per week.
